Champion Chevrolet service center is one of the reasons I choose to purchase my truck at this dealership. Great service, experienced service technicians and I’m treated like family.
Never got a call that the car was ready . Had to call at 5 pm to check on it. Shuttle was already closed so I didn’t have a ride back to dealership . Engine light was on and they couldn’t find the reason even though they had a code . Charged for diagnostic. We had a rattle under car and they said it was damage to exhaust but never offered estimate to fix . Will be taking it Morristown Chevy from now on .

Outstanding service and communication with Megan & Jeff in the service department. We had issues with our tow vehicle while traveling pulling our travel trailer. Megan called Enterprise Truck Rental and got us in contact with Oscar. We rented a truck and went back to the campground. Even though their service appointments were 3 weeks out, they got us back on the road in 2 days. The service department went above and beyond our expectations.

Appointment was for 8:15am and upon arrival they said it was an hour later. Even after showing them the confirmation email they said it was still 9:15. Was there for 3 hours total for a routine oil change. Waste of time and poor management by them.

This is my first visit to the dealership since it was Courtesy. The staff seems more interested in my vehicle problems but the service writers probably need more training. When they called with my truck’s diagnosis they were clear but I needed time to review the quote and asked them to text or email them to me. I took my vehicle to Champion to have them replace my timing chain. I also purchased the “kit” and an actuator on their recommendation. It took them 2 months for them to fix it due to issues after they replaced everything. I had to take my vehicle to my mechanic to show a picture of what my mechanic found (in 3.5 minutes) to show Jeff what was actually wrong. And then Jeff actually fixed. A lot of messing around that wasn’t necessary.
